Delete Account
Request permanent removal of your account and all personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act.
Before you proceed:
- A confirmation email will be sent to verify your identity.
- After confirmation, your account will enter a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion.
- During the grace period, you can cancel the deletion by logging in to the app.
- All active orders must be completed before deletion can proceed.
- Financial transaction records are retained as required by Nigerian tax regulations.
